Products
Each piece is individually made, so small variations in finish, size or texture are normal and are not defects. Photos show the design; colours can look slightly different on screens.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include all costs except delivery, which is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price you see when ordering is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the payment cannot be verified, or the details look incorrect — any amount paid is then refunded in full.
Custom orders
Custom work starts after you approve the design and (where requested) pay an advance. Approved designs cannot be changed once cutting has begun.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank / mobile-wallet transfers. For transfers, the order is processed once payment is verified.
